Mr.Era Premnath, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.Varun Kumar, learned Standing Counsel, takes notice for the respondents 3 and 4. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioners have filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider their representations dated 5.4.2016 and 23.5.2016, within a time frame.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that in spite of the petitioners' representations dated 5.4.2016 and 23.5.2016, the respondents have not passed any order so far.

4. Mr.Era Premnath, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.Varun Kumar, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for the respondents 3 and 4 submitted that the respondents may be directed to consider the petitioners' representations in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks.

5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 5.4.2016 and 23.5.2016, and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
