Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police Every day at about 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by the Honble Court Crl.O.P.No.17973/2020 dated 10.03.2021 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.MACHAVATHARAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Clause 8(c) of the order dated 10.03.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17973 of 2020.

2. This Court, vide order dated 10.03.2021, directed the petitioner to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed relaxing the condition by permitting the petitioner to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

receipt of summons. Except the above modification condition, all other conditions imposed by this Court in its order dated 10.03.2021 stand unaltered.
