When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.T.M.Rajangam, the learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents would submit pursuant to the direction issued in main writ petition, the fourth respondent herein passed an order in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.M3/1219/2025 dated 19.06.2025. He also produced a copy of the same.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that challenging the order passed by the fourth respondent dated 19.06.2025, the petitioner filed an appeal before the jurisdictional Revenue Divisional Officer.
