Prayer:Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 4th respondent to correct the guideline value to petitioner's property situated at Denkanikottai Taluk, Pachapanpatti Village in Survey No.223/2 as report Na.Ka.No.8888/2013/B2 dated 01.08.2013 by the 3rd respondent.

The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the 4th respondent to correct the guideline value of the petitioner's property situated at Denkanikottai Taluk, Pachapanpatti Village in Survey No.223/2 as report Na.Ka.No.8888/2013/B2 dated 01.08.2013 by the 3rd respondent.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has made such request as early as on 17.12.2014 and such request was also forwarded to the concerned committee by the 2nd respondent as early as 22.12.2014. It is stated that the committee has not taken any action so far. Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

directing the 2nd respondent to consider the request of the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
