Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at about 10.30 a.m. until further orders until imposed by this Honble court Crl.O.P.No.3090/2021 dated 18.02.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.THULASI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.C.E.Pratap Government Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioners have filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3090 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 341 and 302 of IPC, in Crime No.2 of 2021, while granting anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
