(Made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) The petitioner seeks action against the fifth respondent alleging that kangaroo courts are being held, which resulted in the excommunication of the petitioner arising from the episode of the marriage of his daughter.

2. Unfortunately, the matter is six years old and even after the learned Single Judge, (one of us, Justice T.S.Sivagnanam), had passed an order on 09.12.2011 for this matter to be placed before the Bench, no steps appear to have been taken to bring up this matter.

3. We are of the view that the grievance of the petitioner has to be looked into by the second and third respondents for veracity of the allegations and as to whether the alleged problems still persist and to take remedial measures. The needful be done within one month of the receipt of the order.

4. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. Consequently, M.P. No. 1 of 2009 is closed.
