2.Today when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has stated that, the order of this Court dated 11.09.2023 passed in W.M.P.No.25767 of 2023 in W.P.No.26344 of 2023 has been complied with. In support of her contention, she has produced a copy of the order passed by the Chief Engineer, Solid Waste Management Department, in Ti.K.Me.Thu.Na.Ka.No.A3/3974/2023, dated 29.07.2024.
