(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after the filing of the writ petition, the Pollution Control Board had filed a closure report and now the said hatchery is closed.

In view of that, the purpose of the writ petition now does not survive. The writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
