4 Ambika [ RESPONDENTS ] Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of certiiorarified mandamus to call for the records made in Na.Ka.No. Va.Aa1/1376/2015 dt. 30.06.2015 on the file of the First Respondent herein and quash the same as illegal and direct the Respondents to permit the Petitioner to work continuously at Arani Government Girls Higher Secondary School Arani to secure the ends of justice.

With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.Though the petitioner has sought to question the posting of the fourth respondent, at the Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Arni, as a Noon Meal Organiser, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 02.07.2015, within a stipulated period.

3.In view of the narrow prayer made, the second is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 02.07.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
