By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

2.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to transfer the patta in the name of the petitioner's land comprised in S.Nos.483/2, 483/3 and 487/1 measuring an extent of 0.59 acre, situated at Chinnampalli Village, Pennagaram Taluk, Dharmapuri District, by considering the petitioner's online application dated 09.09.2023. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4.

The case of the petitioner is that the subject property has been purchased by the father of the petitioner by way of registered Sale Deed vide Document No.775/1975 and after the demise of his father, the said property absolutely belongs to the family members of the petitioner and they are in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property and paying tax to the 2/4

Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 09.09.2023 and pass appropriate orders on the same to transfer the patta in the name of the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
