This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to take further action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 21.06.2020.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint received from the complainant, he was issued CSR No.241/2020 on 24.06.2020 and on the same day, the enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. Therefore, this petition is devoid of merits.
