Crime No.163 of 2021 PRAYER: Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to relax condition imposed on the petitioner herein by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7700 of 2021 by an order dated 29.04.2021 and directing the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7700 of 2021 dated 29.04.2021, directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police everyday 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners.

3. The learned counsel for Government of Tamilnadu (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed in Crl.O.P. No.7700 of 2021 dated 29.04.2021, is relaxed to the effect that the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m. and as and when required for interrogation on receipt of the summons.
