Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition No.4 (b) tha tthe petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand Only) jointly to the credit of Crime No.189 of 2022, within a period of seven days. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.NATARAJAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR. S.UDAYAKUMAR, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioners seek modification of the condition No.4(b) imposed in the order dated 21.04.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.8995 of 2022 on the ground that the petitioner is not in a position to deposit a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- which is value equal to the goods and materials stealthily removed by the petitioners as per the FIR.

2. Considering the plea of the petitioners' counsel, bail condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.75,000/- and time for compliance is extended up to 22.06.2022.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is allowed.
