ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent to transfer the patta in favour of the petitioner for the property more fully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

Mr.S.Arumugan, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. The learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that proceedings have already been initiated on the
petitioner's application seeking for transfer of patta by the 2nd respondent and that the final orders will be passed after hearing the objections of the necessary parties including the respondents 4 and 5.

No prejudice would be caused to any other party, if a direction is issued to the 2nd respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's application dated 03.07.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, seeking for transfer of patta in his name for the property more fully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections of the respondents 4 and 5 and after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the respective parties, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.
This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's application stated supra.

Since no adverse order is being passed against the respondents 4 and 5, notice to them is dispensed with.

For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance
with law on the petitioner's application dated 03.07.2025 for transfer of patta in his name for the property more fully disclosed in the prayer to the writ petitioner, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of the respondents 4 and 5 as well as any other necessary 3rd parties, whom the 2nd respondent deems fit to enquire, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
