2. This Court by order dated 09.09.2020 disposed of W.P.No.10103 of 2020 by directing the Tamil Nadu Wakf Tribunal to take up the appeal along with the interim application filed by the petitioner and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3. The Chairman/District Judge, TamilNadu Wakf Tribunal, Chennai-5 has addressed a letter dated 07.01.2021 to the Registry of this Court seeking extension of time to pass final orders on the petitioner's appeal by another period of four weeks.

4. This Court perused the letter dated 07.01.2021 sent by the Chairman/District Judge, TamilNadu Wakf Tribunal, Chennai-5 and is satisfied with the reasons for not disposing of the appeal along with the

interim application filed by the petitioner within the time stipulated by this Court in the order dated 09.09.2020 in W.P.No.10103 of 2020. Accordingly, this Court grants further time of four weeks for the TamilNadu Wakf Tribunal to dispose of the appeal along with the interim application from the date of receipt of the communication of this order from the Registry.
