This writ petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus, seeking examination of the petitioner's representation dated 15.03.2025 and to dispose the same within a stipulated time. 1/4
2.In the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, it had been stated that the petitioner was working as a Junior Assistant but was directed to work as the Manager of the respondent branch at Arakkonam on and from 11.09.2024. It is further stated that an FIR in Crime No.11 of 2025 was registered against the petitioner on 29.01.2025 by the Civil Supplies Criminal Investigation Department at the Ranipet Police Station, along with three other accused. Based on the registration of the FIR, the petitioner was placed under suspension. The petitioner has submitted a representation requesting re-examination of the suspension order.
3.The learned Government Advocate for the respondent is directed to provide necessary instructions to the respondent to examine the petitioner's representation dated 15.03.2025 and to dispose of it within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
