Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to pay the entire subsistence allowance to the Petitioner forthwith which to be paid from 08.05.2020 to 25.09.2020.

O R D E R
When the matter had come up yesterday i.e. 19.05.2021, the following order was passed:
'The prayer is for a mandamus directing the respondents viz., the District Collector, District Revenue Officer and Tahsildar i.e., R1, R2 & R3 respectively to pay the subsistence allowance to the petitioner between the period 08.05.2020 and 25.09.2020. The order of suspension dated 08.05.2020 has been stayed in W.P. No.8346 of 2020 on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
17.06.2020, but the petitioner has been reinstated only on 25.09.2020 and hence for the interim period subsistence allowance has to be paid.'
2. Today Mr.Mr.Harsharaj, learned Government Advocate would confirm, on instructions, that the subsistence allowance for the period 08.05.2020 to 25.09.2020 would be paid within a period of 15 days from today.
