ORDER

This writ petition is filed directing the respondents to discharge the salary and other benefits for the period from 02.05.2023 to 10.05.2023 and enquiry period from July, 2023 to November, 2023.

2. It is seen that by an order dated 10.05.2023, the order of suspension passed against the petitioner is revoked. By yet another order, the petitioner has been let off with a warning and also shifting him from the place of work. However, no specific order has been passed as to the period of suspension and it is for the respondents to treat the period in such manner as may be permissible under the Rules taking into consideration the charges and the outcome of the disciplinary proceedings.

3. In view thereof, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the fourth respondent to pass appropriate orders regarding the period of suspension in accordance with the Rules. Such exercise shall be carried out within a period of eight(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
