ORDER

These writ petitions have been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to act upon the representation made by the petitioners wherein, the petitioners are seeking for the survey of the subject property. 2.When the matter came up for hearing on 02.04.2025, this Court directed the learned Additional Government Pleader to take instructions and directed the matter to be listed today.

4/7 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader placed the written instructions received from the 3 rd respondent.

The relevant portions are scanned and extracted hereunder: 4.In view of the above, it is clear that an order was passed in W.P.No.16917 of 2024 and pursuant to the same, a survey has already been conducted on 11.03.2025. It is also seen that steps are being taken to remove the encroachment.

5/7 5.In the light of the above development, there is no question of once again directing the respondents to conduct a survey, since survey has been conducted and it will suffice if the copy of the survey report is furnished to the petitioner by the 3 rd respondent. The same shall be done, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6.Both these writ petitions are disposed of in the above terms. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 16-04-2025 Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Internet:Yes ssr
