Pursuant to the directions issued by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4708 of 2018, the respondent Police have registered a case in Crime No.156 of 2018 on 15.04.2018, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner for the offences under Section 294(b), 323 and 506[2] IPC. While so, the de facto complainant is before this Court with the above prayer. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. 3.Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.156 of 2018, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a Charge Sheet or a Closure Report as the case may be, under due intimation to the de facto complainant. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
