When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for appellant submits that respondents have settled all the monetary benefits to the petitioner and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in the matter. In the aforestated circumstance, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
