2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that charge sheet has been filed on 25.10.2014 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gingee.
