O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.) The petitioner, alleging unauthorized construction on the part of the third respondent, had repeatedly approached this Court and in compliance of the order passed by this Court, the second respondent has taken action under the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971. The third respondent, aggrieved by the same, filed a statutory revision https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

under Section 80-A of the said Act during January 2017. The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that though the revision filed by the third respondent was entertained as early as in the month of January 2017, it has not been given disposal and therefore, prays for appropriate orders.

Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent would submit that the revision petition has been entertained and the petitioner views, as an objector, has also been elicited and orders in accordance with law will be passed as expeditiously as possible and not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The said submission, on instructions, is placed on record.

3. In the light of the same, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the Special Revision Petition filed by the third respondent on merits and pass orders in accordance in law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as the third respondent.
