T.V.Aishvarya (minor) represented by her father submitted that while applying for NEET - UG - 2018 examination online, instead of mentioning her community as Other Backward Class, by inadvertance, has mentioned as Unreserved Category. This according to the petitioner may affect her prospectus in getting admission in the Medical course. Since there is no https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
positive response from the 2nd respondent, a Writ of Mandamus is sought for.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent would submit that if the error that had crept in the application could be rectified based on the certificate submitted by the petitioner that will be favourably considered by the 2nd respondent. However, the learned counsel is also not sure whether the representation dated 17.04.2018, which is enclosed, reached the respondent or not.
