AGNIHOTRI,J.,) Mr.N.Sakthivel, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the impugned order dated 27th February, 2015, is required to be recalled, as the order was not passed in accordance with the procedure laid down by the Supreme Court.
