ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 2 nd respondent to register the Sale Deed pertaining to the subject property without insisting for the original title documents. 2.Heard Mr.P.V.Ramachandran, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents.
3/5 3.The specific case of the petitioners is that the original documents have already been lost and paper publication was given and this fact has already been mentioned in the earlier title documents. 4.In view of the above, the petitioners shall specifically add a recital in the Sale Deed to the effect that original title documents have been lost and a mention has been made regarding the same in the earlier documents and that the same is not traceable. Once this condition is complied with, the 2 nd respondent shall entertain and register the Sale Deed, if it is otherwise in order. 5.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
