2. Heard Mr.S.Senthilvel, learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants and Mr.L.Mouli, learned counsel for respondents 1, 2 and 4.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 1299 days in representing the above appeal in S.A.Sr.No.78484 of 2019 is condoned.

4. The Registry is directed to number the appeal after ensuring that the cause title in the second appeal is suitably amended by the petitioners/appellants in keeping with the present applications.
