The prayer in the Writ Petition is to give compensation to the petitioner as per the proceedings dated 05.08.2008 in Na.Ka.11/2007 issued by the first respondent and further direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.03.2010.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the compensation had already been paid to the petitioner and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned for any other relief.
