This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, praying that this Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to return the driving license of the petitioner, to enable him to join duty in the third respondent transport Corporation.
The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that the driving license of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner had been suspended by the first respondent, by his proceedings, dated 22.10.2013. In the said proceedings, it has been stated that the driving license of the petitioner will be suspended, from 16.9.2013 to 15.3.2014. Further, the learned counsel had submitted that after the expiry of the said period of six months, as stated in the proceedings, dated 22.10.2013, the driving license had been returned to the petitioner. In such circumstances, this Court is of the considered view that the relief prayed for by the petitioner, in the present writ petition, has become infructuous.
