Heard Mr.C.Yokesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Sivakumar, learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents and perused the material documents available on record.
2. The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition, directing the respondents to waive the interest at the rate of 9% instead off 100% for the rent arrears of the shop in Stage Shop No.l, 113 measuring about 20 sq.ft situated in Pannerselvam Flower Market, Coimbatore.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner.
4.The learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that if a fresh representation is given, it should be considered in accordance with law.
5. In the light of the above submissions, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation to the respondents, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such compliance, the respondents shall consider and take appropriate action in accordance with law, after providing due opportunity of hearing to all necessary parties, within a period of twelve weeks there from.
6. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
