PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the Learned Judicial Magistrate at Avinashi to dispose of case in CC.No.60 of 2018 as soon as possible. For Petitioner : Mr.R.Venkatesh

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed directing the Learned Judicial Magistrate at Avinashi to dispose of case in CC.No.60 of 2018 as soon as possible.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the case has reached the stage of arguments. However, the respondents are unaware and are protracting the case, necessitating filing of this petition.

3. It is seen from the records that C.C.No.60 of 2018 instituted for the commission of offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act is pending now at the stage of arguments.

4. Therefore, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Avinashi is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.60 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
