Prayer :- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari to Call for the records pertaining to the notice dated 05.04.2023 in Na.Ka. No.E1/ 824/ 2022/ M3 issued by the 3rd respondent and quash the same.

This writ petition was filed challenging the impugned notice in Na.Ka.No.E1/824/2022/M3 dated 05.04.2023 issued by the 3rd respondent calling upon the petitioner to hand over possession of the subject property to enable the Corporation to demolish the building.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court that since a portion of the building was demolished, the petitioner has vacated the property. In view of the same, no useful purpose will be served in keeping this writ petition pending and accordingly, the same is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
