This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioners based on the complaint given by one Babu none other than the father of the 2nd petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that there is no case, no petition pending against the petitioners.

4. However, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on the complaint given by the father of the second petitioner viz., Babu, these petitioners are unnecessarily harassed as they had got married against the wishes of their parents and also it is an intercaste marriage.

In view of the above, the respondent police is directed not to harass the petitioners. Hence, the criminal original petition is ordered.
