JUDGMENT

This appeal is preferred by the complainant challenging the judgment of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Perundurai dated 04.09.2015 made in C.C. No.237 of 2010, acquitting the respondent from the said case.

observed as follows:

"The learned counsel for the appellant submits he requires some time to intimate his client. He adds, challenging the judgment acquitting the respondent, an appeal came to be preferred before this court first. Then the matter was sent to the District Court following the judgment of Full Bench, and again it has come before this court. Hence, some time is lost, and he requires time to intimate his client.
