This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the fair and decretal order passed in IA.No.132 of 2017 in OS.No.20 of 2004 dated 1/4

29.06.2018 on the file of the Court of II Additional District Judge, Chidambaram.

Though the civil revision petition has no merits, on receipt of Rs.4,00,000/- by the petitioner from the respondent, the matter has been settled amicably between them. It is also made clear that the petitioner has no future claim in respect of the suit property as against the respondent.

Accordingly, this civil revision petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
