O R D E R
There shall be an order of stay of the impugned proceedings subject to the following conditions.
(a) The petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Fifty Lahks only) before the fourth respondent within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
(b) The petitioner shall deposit a further sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Five Lahks) within a period of 12 weeks thereafter before the fourth respondent.
(c) It is made clear that if the petitioner fails to comply any of the condition imposed by this Court the stay granted by this Court will stand automatically vacated without any further reference to this Court and the fourth respondent shall proceed further to recover the amount. 3/4
