O R D E R

The transfer petition is filed to withdraw the petition in HMOP.No.339 of 2023 on the file of the Sub Court, Thiruvottriyur, and transfer the same to the file of the Sub Court, Alanthur.

2. Earlier both the parties requested that the matter may be referred to mediation and this Court by order dated 12.07.2024 passed the following order:

"4.Be that as it may, without going into allegations and counter allegations, both the learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent come forward to refer the matter to mediation. So that the issue can be resolved between the parties amicably. Both of them agreed for Ms.Sheila Jayaprakash (Contact No. 98411 80631) to be a Mediator.

5.In view of the above, Registry is directed to place this matter before the said mediator and the parties along with their respective counsels to appear before the Mediator to resolve the issue.

6.Post the matter before this Court after receiving the mediation report. Till then, the interim order already granted by this Court on 25.04.2024 would be in force. 7.In the event of mediation fails, the learned Subordinate Judge, Thiruvottriyur is directed to transfer HMOP.No.339 of 2023 to the file of the Subordinate Court at Alandur.

3. It is seen that the mediation has been failed.

4. Therefore, in the light of the order of this Court dated 12.07.2024, the transfer petition is allowed. HMOP.No.339 of 2023 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Thiruvottriyur is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Alanthur.
