Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to cancel sale certificate dated 07.12.2016 vide RP.No.85/2015 in DRC No.85/2015 issued by the 1st respondent in favour of the 3rd respondent and the same had been registered at the office of SRO, Pudhuchathiram vide Document No.289/2017 consequently direct the 1st respondent to return the entire original documents obtained from the petitioner at the time of sanctioning loan within stipulated time and also direct the 1st respondent to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,00,000/- as compensation to the petitioner for not allowing him to discharge the remaining meager amount by deliberately filing wrong statement of accounts.
