Mr.M.L.Ganesh, learned counsel takes notice for the proposed second respondent and states that there is no objection to the State Bank of India, represented by its Assistant General Manager, Stressed Assets Resolution Centre, Chennai - 600 008, being added as second respondent.

Though the first respondent has filed a counter affidavit, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent has no objection for allowing the impleading petition.

In view of the above, this petition seeking impleading of proposed second respondent is ordered.

The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
