Mrs.K.Bhuvaneswari, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents.
2. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry and pass orders on his representation dated 05.06.2017 and further forbearing the 2nd respondent, till passing of such order not to disturb his peaceful possession of the land and premises, situated at R.Pudhupatti Village, Rasipuram Taluk, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Namakkal District, comprised in New Survey No.493/7, old Survey.No.262/1A, measuring an extent of 2 cents.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it would be suffice to direct the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry and pass orders based on the petitioner's representation dated 05.06.2017 in accordance with law. 5.
The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that 2nd respondent may be directed to conduct enquriy and pass orders on the petitioner's representation in accordance with law.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer now sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the second respondent to conduct enquiry based on the petitioners' representation dated 05.06.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to all the interested parties.
With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
