ORDER

The petitioner who was arrested on 22.01.2020 for the offence under Sections 9-A, 22(c) and 29(1) of NDPS Act in Cr.No.3 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner along with the other accused are alleged to have been found in possession of 65 grams of methamphetamine.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in the case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that earlier, the petitioner approached this Court by filing Crl.O.P.No.19109 of 2020 and this Court vide order dated 07.04.2021 dismissed the said petition.

5.Considering the fact that the quantity of the contraband seized is commercial quantity and since there is no change in circumstances subsequent to the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.19109 of 2020, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
