ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to make fresh application for renewal of license of the pistol. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
