Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 10.11.2014, by implementing Circular No.46/2013 (Transport Department) dated 24.10.2013, strictly both in letter and spirit and consequently direct the respondents to maintain permanent check post at vantage points to check the indiscriminate plying of over laden vehicles throughout the State of Tamilnadu.

We are not inclined to entertain the writ petition, in view of this issue having been dealt with in another public interest litigation, which being Writ Petition No.7346 of 2014 in which we have issued number of directions and have listed for compliance on 24.07.2015. Learned counsel for the petitioner may, if so desirous, assist in that matter.
