(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 120-B and 506(I) of IPC, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. However, today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Vimal Bobby Crimson, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition.
