This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to dispense with the production of certified copy of the FIR in Crime No.522 of 2022 dated 24.12.2022 on the file of the 1st respondent Police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. The reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition are not satisfactory and hence this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to produce the certified copy of the FIR in Crime No.522 of 2022 dated 24.12.2022 on the file of the 1st respondent Police.

4. Upon such production, the Registry is directed to number the Criminal Original Petition, if it is otherwise in order. 02.06.2025 ms 2/4
