The petition has been filed to condone the delay of 28 days in filing C.R.P. to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 31.08.2021 made in RCA.No.02 of 2016 by the learned Subordinate Judge, Panruti and confirming the fair and decreetal order passed in RCOP.No.01 of 2012 on 23.09.2016 by the learned Rent Controller (District Munsif), Panruti.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, delay is condoned. The C.M.P.No.11227of 2022 is ordered.
