This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register an FIR., on the complaint given by the petitioner on 15.08.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.
3. It is seen that in respect of some allegations, a suit in O.S.No.356 of 2010 is pending between the parties. It is contended by the petitioner that, the opposite parties are threatening the petitioner to withdraw the said suit.
4. It is always open to the petitioner to proceed with the case, with the assistance of his advocate. If there is any specific complaint with regard to any assault or injury to the petitioner, it https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
is open to the petitioner to lodge a fresh complaint and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into in accordance with law.
