Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pass orders on the application dated 30.04.2015 seeking recognition of "Two Wheeler and Four Wheeler Mechanic Trade" for the academic year 2015-2016.

By consent, the writ petition is take up for final disposal.
2. The petitioner would state that it is running an Industrial Training School, which came into being in the year 2000 and it was granted temporary recognition initially and renewed periodically. By proceedings dated 02.07.2009, the first respondent granted permanent recognition with effect from 01.07.2008 for having the following trades viz., (1) Automobile Mechanic, 1+1=2 units, one year course https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
(2) Electrical Technician, 1+1=2 units, one year course. The petitioner proposed to start new units on additional trade viz., "Two Wheeler and Four Wheeler Mechanic" from the academic year 2014-15 and in this regard, submitted an application dated 19.02.2014. The second respondent has nominated an Assistant Director to cause inspection and to file her recommendations.
Accordingly she conducted inspection on 24.03.2014 and recommended for grant of recognition from the year 2014-2015. Thereafter, nothing is heard from the respondents and hence the petitioner has come forward with this writ petition.
3. Heard the submissions of Mr.S.Kamadevan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for the respondents.
4. This Court considering the limited scope of the prayer made in this writ petition, without going into the merits of the same, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 30.04.2015, in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
