ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to give police protection to the petitioner to fence his agricultural land in Survey No.341/5, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

341/6, 350/4, 350/6, 350/9 and 350/10 in Amampettai Town, Mathur Village, Erode District and to lay the pipe line in the above said agricultural land in view of the petitioner's complaint dated 29.06.2020.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on receipt of the said complaint the second respondent treated the complaint in C.No.G3/SB-016340-1222-2020 and the enquiry is pending.

3. Considering the above submission, the second respondent is directed to conduct the enquiry based on the complaint given by the petitioner and the petitioner is directed to issue notice to the third respondent, after issuance of notice, the second respondent pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The petitioner is directed to produce all the civil Court judgments on the enquiry before the second respondent. In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
