For Petitioner(s) : Mr.S.Jaganathan For Respondent : Mr.K.M.D.Muhilan, APP COMMON ORDER These matters are placed before this Court today on the basis of the letters, both dated 13.11.2025 received from the learned Special Judge/ Principal Sessions Judge, Vellore District, seeking extension of time for disposal of the cases in Spl.CC.Nos.4 & 3 of 2020 respectively, by a further period of six months.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the letters, this Court is of the view that it is appropriate to accept the request made by the learned Special Judge/Principal Sessions Judge, Vellore District.

3. Accordingly, the time for the disposal of the cases in Spl.CC.Nos.4 & 3 of 2020, pending on the file of the learned Special Judge/Principal Sessions Judge, Vellore District, is hereby extended by six months from today.
